By proceeding with any of our services, you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. SERVICE BOOKING
- Each appointment requires a booking fee this will be a percentage of the service value to be paid at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable but will be deducted from the treatment cost.
- All bookings require a payment card on file. This card will not be charged unless you fail to show or reschedule without 48 hours notice.
- Treatments are not interchangeable - Your appointment time is set up & allocated for the booked treatment and cannot be swapped. Any additional treatment is entirely discretionary to the clinic.
- Photographs are taken at each appointment to document your treatment progress - these are kept private & confidential.
- Patients must be 14 and over for Skin Therapy (14-18yr olds require permission & supervision of a parent or guardian)
- Patients must be strictly 18 and over for Aesthetics
- Please ensure to bring your ID along to your appointment as you may be asked to confirm your age and, if unable to do so, you will be turned away for treatment, forfeiting any payments.
7. In addition, for medical reasons, we are unable to treat those who;
7.1 Have had or are planning to have medical treatment within the 4 weeks before or after a scheduled treatment.
7.2 Have severe active acne in the treatment area and/ or those using steroids, chemical peels or retinol in the 2 weeks prior to appointment.
7.3 Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day of treatment
7.4 Have been on antibiotics within the past two weeks for facial/oral infection.
7.5 Have had facial surgery in the past 12 months.
7.6 Have had dermal filler or Botox from another clinic in the past 12 weeks
7.7 Are undergoing, or have received chemotherapy within the last 6 months/or are on any auto-immune medication. Autoimmune medication must be stopped 6 months prior with a doctor's note.
7.8 We feel are not ready, or suitable for treatment.
7.9 It is important to note that it might take multiple treatments to achieve your desired result. Although it may be expensive to build initially, maintaining results is easy once you get there. Regardless, you shouldn't begin a journey until you're ready to commit as treatments require upkeep for best results. This is paramount to consider before booking.
2. RESCHEDULING
- You can reschedule your appointment at least 48hrs in advance of your booking
- Reschedules made without 48hrs notice require an additional booking fee. No fee transfer or refunds will be given
- All rescheduling can be done via your online account: RESCHEDULE ONLINE
- We cannot guarantee your service if you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your booking. You may be refused by the clinic and will automatically forfeit your booking fee. An additional payment will be required to schedule a new appointment.
3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- All payments are non-refundable. Should you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your booking fee, and an additional payment will be required to schedule a new appointment.
- Cancellations without notification (this includes same-day) will be charged 100% of the service (being remainder of the service price minus the booking fee charged). Review appointments will be charged £25. So please be sure that you can attend your appointment before you book. We understand that life happens, but as we still need to pay our team, pay rent and continue to offer our consumers a premium service, we are unable to make any exceptions to this rule.
- We are child-friendly however unable to supervise or take any responsibility for children during your visit. Therefore we kindly ask that you do not bring children along to appointments unless they can be fully supervised by another adult otherwise, we may not be able to carry out your treatment, and your appointment will be cancelled without a refund
4. CONSULTATION / REVIEW APPOINTMENTS
- Consultations appointments are redeemable towards a service or products up to the value paid. Must be redeem with same day of consultation.
- New clients: Most consultations can be booked with the treatment in the same visit, except for skin/chemical peels - a consultation must take place first.
- Any new client bookings made without a consultation appointment will be converted to a consultation without notification, a non-refundable consultation fee will be charged. Any payment made making the appointment will go towards the next appointment.
- In the event that you are dissatisfied with treatment, you must attend a review appointment to discuss this with your practitioner. We do not offer refunds on any treatments.
- All patients must wait a period of 2 weeks after treatment before having a review appointment. This is to allow residual swelling and bruising to subside and to allow results to take full effect. Any follow up treatments must be booked 2-6 weeks after your initial treatment to be best effective.
- Our practitioners will take photographs pre and post-treatment for your clinical record. These images are kept private and are for record- keeping purposes only and in line with legislation unless permission is permitted. This does not apply to any discounted, promo or model treatments.
- Cancellation terms apply.
5. RETAIL
- We do not offer refunds on any products purchased.
- Refunds are not given for product allergies, however its advise you purchase a sample size to patch test.
