How do I join the membership?

It’s easy to join our membership programs. All you have to do is “click join” and sign up using your credit/debit card.

When will I be charged for my membership?

The credit card you use when signing up will be charged each month on the same day i.e. if you sign up on the first day of the month, your membership payment will be taken out on the first day of every month.

Can I change membership tiers?

Subject to assessment. If you would like to upgrade your membership or require assistance please contact our clinic.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

You can reschedule your appointment at any time more than 48 hours in advance, free of charge. If you cancel your treatment outside of our cancellation policy window, or are a no-show, you forfeit your free services credit for the month.
