Returns
If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items eligible for return must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used. Please ensure that the items are sent back to us within 14 days of acceptance.

Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct an inspection and inform you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your credit card or original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account depends on your card issuer’s policies.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
